Placing an Order

  • How to Place an Order

    If this is your first time placing an order with me, Welcome! and I’m so glad you’re here!! You will need to purchase a sizing kit in the shape and size of nails you will want your design to be completed in. You can purchase your nails and sizing kit in the same transaction if you would like.


    If you already have your nail sizes then you can choose an existing design from the site and place your order, leaving your sizes in the notes box. If you’re doing a custom order then we will discuss everything before placing an order. To inquire about a custom design you can fill out the form here, or you can send me a DM on instagram or email at info@nailjunkiedesigns.com

  • How do I place a custom order?

    To place a custom order (anything not on my site) you will need to contact me either through email (info@nailjunkiedesigns.com) or my Instagram page (@nailjunkie615). Once we have discussed your design I’ll direct you to the appropriate product to purchase.


    I will keep in touch with you throughout the process of creating your nails for any additional information that may be needed.

  • Can I change my order?

    All nails are made to order, so if you’re wanting to change anything about the design, such as color, or slightly altering the design,. please leave a note in the box provided during checkout.

     

    If you are wanting to add gems or more intricate/ detailed design please contact me first to get an adjusted price.

     

  • Refunds & Returns

    Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately returns cannot be accepted. If there are any issues with your nails/order please reach out so we can come up with a solution! 


    Refunds will only be issued within 24 hours of order being placed. If it has been more than 24 hours please contact me immediately to see if your order has been started. Once your order has been completed and shipped refunds cannot be issued. All refunds will be subject to a 3% fee as that’s what is charged by Shopify.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

    We additionnaly offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada! We will be expanding soon!

     

    If you live outside of the US and want to place an order please contact us first.

     

    When shopping with us, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs or import fees, depending on the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges or import duties that may arise upon arrival.

    To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    Once you've placed your order, it can take 1-2 weeks to make your handmade custom nails. Time frame can change based upon seasonal traffic.


    All packages are shipped through USPS with tracking unless you chose a different option during checkout.
